Our firm immediately issues Energy Certificates and examines the energy upgrading by making recommendations to owners / managers for conversions that can make the property rise to a higher energy class. The Energy Certificate is required for all property transfers or leases. The Energy Efficiency Certificate is a document recognized by the YPEKA that classifies each building in one of the energy categories from A + to H. It is issued by an Energy Inspector who has been added into a Special Registry and stays in force for ten years, except in the case of a radical renovation of the building before the end of the decade, when its validity expires upon completion of the renovation work and a new one has to be issued.
